Who Knew That One Day This Day Would Come?

I have a completely different mindset. And, the funny thing is, I didn't plan it, it just sort of happened. I just had this epiphany a few minutes ago after working out and was about to track my fitness minutes for my ticker. I realized that I no longer cared about how many fitness minutes I kept count of, I no longer want a ticker that shows how many more pounds I have to lose to reach my goal, I no longer want a ticker that shows how many pounds I lost. None of those matter to me anymore!! I'm not saying that those things don't matter, that they aren't important and not worth tracking, at one time that ticker telling how well I was or wasn't doing was all that matter, but, at this moment, it doesn't matter to me what it says/shows/etc. It all has to do with me changing my goal from getting skinny to getting strong!! OMG!!! I didn't think I would find anything that made me feel as good as a great cardio session but (cue the angels singing from on high) I found that thing! That thing is: Lifting Heavy Weights and Body Weight Exercises!! I know right!!! I feel so strong!! Sooooo, all that to say, I'm deleting the ticker from my page! I don't need no stinkin' ticker to tell me how strong I'm getting (said in my best Scarface voice), I can feel it all over!!! Boom Boom emoticon emoticon
