Finally under 209 even if it is only by one ;)
They say it doesn't matter what the number is on the scale just inches ..but I lost my measuring tape so the scale is everything to me ahhh! Lol.
Anyway hurray down a pound. New goals is:
Uno) workout 3-5 times a wk
Two) no tracking food for two wks concentrate on exercise and
Tres) do a blog at least once a wk
