Food Crisis yesterday

Yesterday I was on track and doing okay, but about mid afternoon I started having severe cravings and did have some extra food than what I had planned on, tried to wait it out, and I wasn't hungry either. But the cravings were really strong so had a couple of fiber one bars, and finally the cravings passed. Did go over my calorie limits, but still not what I had planned.

    Progress- what would you have done in the past when you weren't thinking about being healthy and taking the moment to look at what you eat? My guess is you have improved significantly. Are you okay with how you handled the craving? Is it a learning experience to come up with a new idea? It's all observation- no bad. emoticon
