Food Crisis yesterday

Yesterday I was on track and doing okay, but about mid afternoon I started having severe cravings and did have some extra food than what I had planned on, tried to wait it out, and I wasn't hungry either. But the cravings were really strong so had a couple of fiber one bars, and finally the cravings passed. Did go over my calorie limits, but still not what I had planned.
