Get at least 20,000 steps on my fitbit

    Good plan. I think one of the things that resonates most with me from your plan is pre-plan your meals. This makes a huge difference. I need to do it myself because I'm struggling in the food arena right now. Oh, nothing big but struggling nevertheless. I'm rooting for you!
