Today was leg day for my body beast workout. I didn't get any sleep last night, so I'm very tired and sore today.. but I didn't let that stop my workout today. I just lowered the weights and stuck with it and managed to make it through the entire 40 mins! YES! So proud of myself for pushing through!! Mentally my mood is sky high, but my legs feel like jello on steroids lol So I gonna take a relaxing meditation cool down, go about my day, and maybe go for a walk tonight if I can fit it in so I wont be sore tomorrow.
