Well Its very hard to believe that it is October ! This year has really flown by for me! I started out doing well but after 2013 and only basically maintaining all year I really wanted to change some things and try to "re- charge" my diet so to speak !
We went on vacation in may and that is when I also took on another part time job. Things just went downward from there. I fell off track and spiralled out of control. It was bad.... I ate everything I had gotten away from.... ice cream blizzards, lots of fast food and I felt bad quickly.
In September I was out of town for approx 3 weeks and ate all 3 meals out except some healthy breakfasts ! My clothes became tight again and it reminded me why I am doing this ... I started having heartburn at night ... I noticed a loss of energy...
Now its October and after time,this year seems to have alluded me as well....... I have gained about 16 pds from the beginning of this year. THAT"S ENOUGH !!!! I know I must get this under control or all my work in 2012 will be erased. I do NOT want to go back to that woman. I am not getting any younger and I know some of this is to do with my hormones but I will not use that as an excuse. The WORST time of the year is coming.... halloween, thanksgiving , and Christmas. Don't get me wrong... I love the holidays .... I just mean ALL THE FOOD and EATING CONSTANTLY is this time of year.
I have about 90 or so days left to try to get back to my beginning of the year weight and I really really want to do that. I must focus focus focus !!
