Two (2) Pound Mini Challenge

I was trying to decide on a mini goal and I decided to consciously work on losing 2 pounds. I know, we are here for weight loss and we have many goals that should lead us to the ultimate achievement of lower numbers on the scale, but I want to concentrate on shedding 2 real pounds over the next 7 days.
So from today, October 7, 2014 through Tuesday, October 14, 2014 I’m setting my mind to total dedication of losing 2 pounds. The big weigh day will be on Wednesday, October 15 for the results. I need all the support and motivation I can get; thank you in advance for your encouragement.
