In an attempt to break things down into smaller goals I am committing to working out M-F this week!!
went to HIIT class last night with DH and it was great...BRUTAL but great!!
Tuesday tonight I will ZUMBA!!
Wednesday Yoga Class 6pm
and feeling great!!
Thursday BootCamp Class 6pm
Friday 9am zumba, even if I'm a little late after dropping off DS.
I will keep tracking on here the rest of the week to keep myself accountable!!
