My first B.b Team Call!

Wow let me just say these past 3 weeks have been SOO hectic! BUT today was my "off day" so in between 7 loads of laundry that took me all day to day I tuned in for my first B.b Team Call.
SOOO glad I did. It was called "the road to resiliency" hosted by a 5 star diamond coach! It had a lot to do with her story of making it as a coach, but it had great lessons to be learned! I really need to make sure my WHY is big enough.
This really goes just for my own personal fitness/health as well. I set my goals and I do good for about a week and then I slack off. No matter how hard or easy it is. And its not like I make a ton of excuses for myself.. I just don't feel like doing it one, do I talk myself out of it? No I just don't do it anyways lol.
I really shouldn't be laughing, but seriously you'd think it would be harder to not put something toward my goals since I want them so bad... but is surprisingly easy for me. Sigh.
So I'm thinking I need to re-evaluate my WHY. I've never had that rock-bottom-moment so many overweight people have said that really gave them that kick in the butt to get motivating. I've had many doctors tell me to change, nothing. I've had awful moments of despair over my weight and clothes not fitting.. my asthma attacks hurting all the time... nothing. Nothing has ever been that BIG to "shock me back into shape" sort-a-speak.
I also think that's why I haven't been able to get far in the business side of being a coach as well. Lots of thinking to do tonight on how to get all this turned around for the better. Any and all advice is welcomed.. like, what were your WHYs that really showed you you had to get it into gear??
