Getting high CO is always difficult for me. I decided that today and Monday I am aiming for perfect points. This means I have to work out hard, track all food and let everyone know how I do. I've done great this morning. Between my walk with the dogs (I added jogging intervals) and my run on the treadmill I burned enough calories for full CO points.

My challenge is going to be tomorrow. We have a 50th birthday party to attend. I will eat before we go and we won't be there too long because we are tail gaiting before the UCLA game. I will bring healthy food to share and I think I will have to bring some other healthy stuff for me to eat. I'll check out what people are bringing on the list this evening. My exercise on Saturday and Sunday will be completed in the early morning to prepare for the football game and on Sunday for Andrew's baseball games.

Wed. - leftover chicken and veggies
Thur - leftover turkey meatloaf and salad
Fri - wholegrain pasta with homemade marinara and a salad
Sat - Tail gaiting
Sun - BBQ something, I still have to convince DH
Mon - Roast Chicken
Tues - Pork chops with green beans, pinto beans and salsa

Wed - walk
Thur - Walk, TT and run on treadmill
Fri - walk with the dogs and an additional run
Sat - Walk with the dogs with intervals and ST
Sun - same as above
Mon - Walk, P90X and step ups
Tues - walk, run on treadmill

    bbq something ? anything bbq is good. I put bbq sauce on oninons..put into foil and bake it. Yummy. Good plan.
