Part of challenge this week is to have a plan for the weekend challenge. To achieve the rank of General will be the challenge and you will need to have some serious workouts to get into the 750 range
To achieve these goals, I shall continue with my meal planning to stay within my range.
To achieve the CO range I will increase my walking and adding some kettlebell and circuit training to help get into that range
If those 2 are achieved the other should fall into place
tomorrow will be the hardest day because I like to watch football on Saturday and we will be camping. My plan is to do a kettlebell workout before the game, then during the game I will have the TV outside a walk the stairs between our 2 patios at the camper while watching the game.
