October Goals

First day of the month, time to plan!

My SP goal is to check in 27/31 days

My food goal is to log food 21/31 days

My fitness goal is to do 10 minutes of stretching every day and do 10 minutes of exercise 15/31 days. I would also like to wear my pedometer 27/31 days and reach minimum 4000 steps.

My work goals are to get my inventory finished and to devote at least 1 hour/week to canteen.

My personal goals are to get guides planned until december windows washed for winter

    First week of my October goals evaluation...
    --I've been good about checking in
    --Food log has not been quite 50% I'm thinking...shoot for 4 definite days this week
    --very close to logging and walking this week. my pedo isn't very expensive so there was actually a day where I couldn't wear it due to my outfit.
    --worked on my inventory and touched base with my canteen crew.
    --no work on guides or window.

    Week ahead...keep on with checking in, logging food, and wearing pedometer. My walking will be great because I am selling cookies this week 2 days. At work, I will concentrate on inventory. We are baking cookies tues after school. With a 4 day weekend, I plan on working on both guides and windows.

    I think planning to allow "off days" and still succeed is a really good idea.
    It is what you do most of time, that makes the difference.
