First day of the month, time to plan!
My SP goal is to check in 27/31 days
My food goal is to log food 21/31 days
My fitness goal is to do 10 minutes of stretching every day and do 10 minutes of exercise 15/31 days. I would also like to wear my pedometer 27/31 days and reach minimum 4000 steps.
My work goals are to get my inventory finished and to devote at least 1 hour/week to canteen.
My personal goals are to get guides planned until december windows washed for winter
