So the last time I hit a major milestone under 200lbs I stayed the in that range (203 – 197) for about 1 year and went up and down past 200 then back up 9 times before I moved past it. No weight loss goal for me in October. I would like to break that pattern and slowly creepy away from the official WW 100lb mark. I have an accountability partner who is keeping me on track with tracking. I have set up a WO schedule for the month. I’d like a break from the scale and just do what I am supposed to and creep away from the 100 mark. I need to work on a lot of mental stuff right now and break the pattern.
