Something I never thought I would say...

I need to eat more.

Just typing that and saying it out loud is enough to throw me into a fit of giggles and a state of shock. Scale didnt move this week and before I freaked out, got mad and stomped my foot, I took a deep breath and said 'ok lets think this out'. too early in this journey to plateau...3 weeks in? nah cant be a plateau. Nutrition? I stayed within all my ranges and balanced all the fat, carbs, calories ect ect. Exercised diligently everyday, walking 3- 4 1/2 miles a day and started pilates. SOOOOO what possibly could be my issue. Then as I was doing my nutrition review it slapped me in the face...my caloric intake is low. as in at least 250-300 calories a day too low. I did some research and sure enough that could be sticking me in 'fat survival mode' hahaha Last thing I want is to keep my fat to survive...i want to get ride of it to survive!!!

Isnt that what we always heard? cut calories, exercise more...starve in order to loose weight.! Nope, not this chick...eating my healthy calories (all of them), conquering Pilates, walking my miles and getting this thing sorted!!

Time to review my menus and dare i say it again? gasp!! EAT MORE FOOD!!
