Week ahead (Sept 29th/14)

Busy week ahead...as usual...getting ready for first guide meetings on tues, becs has vball on mon, tues, and all day saturday...
my main goal for the week is to do my 10 min before work at least 4 out of 5 days this week.
I also need to focus more on my water...at least one water bottle each afternoon at work.
I was pretty good about having healthy lunches last week...gonna keep that up!
Also, SP every day!!
