So, I've finally broken down! Whenever I've tried to lose weight I've always concentrated on food. As I'm aging, that isn't working like it used to. Finally gonna have to actually exercise!! grrrrr!! Even as a kid, I hated gym class! It was just through sheer luck and good genes that I was always very tiny...now, not so much!
My first goal is 10 minutes at least 4 times/week. I am a morning person so getting up isn't the problem. My husband, when he has an early load, is usually up an hour or two before me so I am already sleeping light. So far, this school year, I would say I am not quite at 4x/week but 2. It's a start, yes?
