Wow, week 2 TnT really did me in. I didn`t even do half of the stuff my teammates did and I worked up a good sweat. I am 68 and handicapped so I made some substitutions. My hat is off to the people that did burpees and sprinters. No way I could have pulled that off. All that seesawing took me 53 min.
COOLMAMA11 I know the feeling, I too have many health issues, I just do what I can do, a lot of modifying also. Have you tried the chair exercises, I find those to be great?
