Learn to control your thoughts and you'll be taking control of your life as well.

How do you control your thoughts?
Monitor what you say to yourself, your inner messages.

Question what you tell yourself - are all of these thoughts really true, or did you 'learn' them from what other people say and think.

If they are not factual and positive, change them so they are - as soon as you think them!

Choose to put the best possible viewpoint on every situation, every time.
