I got up and did 30 min on the elliptical again this morning. It is good to have daily goals again - it sure keeps me focused!
I still struggle with snacking. I followed the nutrition plan except for snacks. It is so hard when I have to feed the daycare kids and I want the same thing ie banana bread. Plus my daughter made Chocolate Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies - hard to resist. I have made a note now and put on cookie jar...."Carrie - NO COOKIES!" Hoping I'll do better tomorrow.
I finished quilting the fourth quilt. I plan on making the binding and putting it on tomorrow. I have a wonderful husband worked the background & header on my website tonight- it is close to being ready.
My Daily Goals: Day 2 of 100 - 9/24
1. Track ALL food & exercise
2. Drink 8-10 glasses of water (minimum of 64 oz)
3. Exercise a minimum of 30 minutes
4. Eat 5 servings of freggies
5. Follow trainer's eating plan
6. Blog Daily
