So I’m a Pepsi-holic, I can’t seem to help myself, I’m addicted to them. I don’t like diet Pepsi, it must be fully loaded. So this week I’m trying to cut back, not give them up, just cut back a little. Mainly because of the sugar and of course I’m trying to drop some pounds; well a lot of pounds. Anyway, its day 3 and I’m holding on and drinking only water. The goals is to jump start this effort by being Pepsi free for 7 days; then I’ll decide on the next step. An update will follow; until then; happy sparking!

    Cheers to you!!! I love your jump start method. Going cold turkey on anything can be very hard. I like the way you set your goal, with the 7 day plan. Small changes can make a big difference. emoticon

    I used to love pepsi too.. but after SParks a while, I learned that it liked me more than I liked it. I just cannot justify the pleasure of that pop for bad health, diabetes, big EVERYTHING, rotten teeth.etc. emptier wallet...

    With a Brita pitcher, I drink healthy water, feel great doing it, not guilty, and put $$ in a jar every day I do not drink pepsi. Paid for a one week vacation last year!

    IT is a habit, one to be broken and replaced with healthy. You are doing it!! Not easy, but well worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!
