So I’m a Pepsi-holic, I can’t seem to help myself, I’m addicted to them. I don’t like diet Pepsi, it must be fully loaded. So this week I’m trying to cut back, not give them up, just cut back a little. Mainly because of the sugar and of course I’m trying to drop some pounds; well a lot of pounds. Anyway, its day 3 and I’m holding on and drinking only water. The goals is to jump start this effort by being Pepsi free for 7 days; then I’ll decide on the next step.
