PAWSE UP Week 2

OK , This is the beginning of the 2nd week of BLC 26. I am going to continue to kick some butt in this challenge. RRROOAAAARRR!!! This weeks PAWSE will be:
will continue planning meals out weekly. On Sundays will continue preparing as much as I can for week. Will relieve a lot of stress and give me some extra time through the week to catch up on a few things
will use both nutrition and fitness trackers. Need to make sure everything is tracking right. Will keep pushing myself to try to get in an extra workout here and there. Will make adjustments as needed.
Starting at 177. Expected a weekly loss of at least 1.5 pounds, though I believe the first week will be better than that. First WI shows a 6.2 lb loss. RROOAARR!! 8.8 more to reach my goal for the challenge. Realistically I will pass this goal. I ttok a month off before the challenge. did no serious exercise. Was burnt out. Now I'm SSSSOOOOOO ready to go!!
SET a non scale and Scale goal.
My non scale goal would be to continue eating healthy.
my scale goal is to loose 2 lbs this week. Want to loose 15 to reach my goal and then continue on to a healthy weight
To execute this plan I will follow our teams workout plus look for those extra minute moments to get the heart rate up. When not on a team exercise will look for something to do to elevate heartrate
