Non-Scale Victory Tally

The scale went up again slightly this week, so I am working to get my thinking back in line. I wanted to list all of my NSVs
I have been exercising almost every day
I have been eating at least 7 servings of fruit and vegetables every day without exception, whereas I used to only eat 1-2 a day
My daily heartburn has completely disappeared
My size 18 jeans are very baggy now, I need a belt to hold them up, and they were tight in June.
My underwear that was too tight fits now
My bras are getting loose
My hubby told me he noticed that I had lost a little weight the other day spontaneously.
I am walking much faster than I was in June.
I am less tired than I used to be on average, I feel a little more energetic
It's easier to tie my shoes
I have noticed that my face isn't so bloated looking
I haven't had any junk food binges in 3 months, just some mild ones with healthy food.
I have lost over 10 lbs since June, and I'm down over 30 from my all time max.
Seeing all of these in a list, makes me feel pretty good about my efforts.
