Very happy about my 30 day streak I have worked very hard on it. Some days I don't have time to get anything done but log in spin the wheel track exercise... Consistency is a key to it all.. I have it posted around the house. I also got a bunch of spark goodies and bought me a tropical vacation.. Woo Hoo only if it was real. lol
Went to doctor today all was well. Showed her a mole/wart thing and it was just an age spot.
She said I looked more fit and better than I had last time she seen me in mid may.. Then the bad thing.... I weighted on the dr scales.. I had gained 10 lbs. For the life of me I can't understand why. I measure an weigh everything.. Every condiment. She told me not to fret it might be muscle replacing fat. Or all the stress end of May thru mid july.
I just knew I had lost some... So I march on with my mystery weight

    As your doctor said it could be muscle which weighs more. Do you take measurements and notice a change in the size of your clothes? Blessings on your journey! emoticon
