My BLC 26 Expectations

I had to really think about this. I guess I have more expectations of myself than that of the challenge. I need to get myself on Track. I've been eating out of control and my exercise is non-existent. I hope that with the help of my team mates, I can conquer this. I hope to get some great ideas fom the group on exercise, nutrition and motivation. And on top of that I hope to make some new, supportive friends that will give me a kik in the butt when I need it.
I expect to get myself on track and feel better about myself!
