My BLC 26 Expectations

I had to really think about this. I guess I have more expectations of myself than that of the challenge. I need to get myself on Track. I've been eating out of control and my exercise is non-existent. I hope that with the help of my team mates, I can conquer this. I hope to get some great ideas fom the group on exercise, nutrition and motivation. And on top of that I hope to make some new, supportive friends that will give me a kik in the butt when I need it.

I expect to get myself on track and feel better about myself!

    Keep going.

    We have 99 days left in this year, so make the most of them. On January 1, 2015 you can be happy that you make use of this time, or you can be upset with yourself that you didn't so the choice is yours. emoticon

    Set some specific action steps. I will eat five fruits and veggies per day. Measurable and track able
    I will to 20 min of exercise 3 days a week at lunch, before work. Be specific.
