Goals? Yup I've got 'em

So here's another round of BLC- now to set some goals up.
I don't do well with goals. I set up these extreme, detailed goals, which can be overwhelming.
I vow not to eat any junk food, not to binge, not to miss a workout in the next 12 weeks. Reality? It's a no go and I get bored.
So. Plan of action for this round? Stick to small attainable goals. Set them up weekly. Not so overwhelming and more do-able.
The big picture: Eat Paleo/Whole 30 based (with a sneak meal detour once a week). Exercise within my ability right now and start building up- Don't go all crazy! Baby steps.
