BLC26 Expectations

As you probably already know I have done/tried multiple BLC challenges in the past and now I am currently doing another. This round I'm keeping my expectations to be relatively low. My "normal" method is all or nothing which leads me to doing great, burning out, then quitting. I figure this time if I have low minimums then it will be easy to meet my goals.

Here are my expectations for myself:
- 8 cups of water a day (unless water outage because I need to ration my drinking water)
- 10 minutes of fitness 5 times a week
- Walking as much as possible while at work
- Try to keep up with chat thread
- Post 5 times a week on chat thread, even if it's just a quick hello
- Limit junk to 100 calories per day
- At least one fruit/veggie per day (very limited where I live otherwise I would aim higher)
- Make smart portion choices
- Make better food choices
- Limit grocery shopping to what I REALLY need
