I saw this on another users blog and thought it was a great idea.
Sunday: Didn't do much
Monday: Go to the gym 45 Minutes elliptical
Tuesday: Go the gym 45 minutes walking
Wednesday: Weight Training
Thursday: Go to the gym 45 Minutes elliptical
Friday: Rest Day
Saturday: Take the dog for a hike
That is the plan. Hopefully this will keep me on tract for the week
42 days until the cruise... need to get seriously focused..
