sept 22nd, meeting with the surgeon today

Monday, September 22, 2014

well the surgery on Tuesday went well. It was a lot less painful than I expected so that was good news. I have an appointment today with the surgeon. It is a surgery follow up and he will take of the bandages. I will find out how much he has taken off them. One thing I can say is that I feel lighter already, who would have thought they were that heavy? I know it will take some weeks before the final look but even without seeing them right now and with the stiffness and lingering pain, I can tell you it was worth it. I feel better.

On another note, sleeping on my back all week has been challenging. I never sleep on my back. So it took a few nights before I could sleep longer periods. So between that and the antibiotics to take every 6 hours it makes for small nights. So I am feeling good but a bit tired.

Yesterday I have started to work on my school stuff. Found out there is a limit of time that I can work comfortably with the computer. I suspect this time will grow as the time pass.

thanks to those who took the time to send me wishes.

have a great day!

I have to add... I'm scared. I think I will get the results of the pathology tests done on what they took out of my breasts.. It is quite scary.
