A Fun Family Day Tomorrow. (I Hope)

So today was my scheduled rest day and weigh-in. I did really good. I stayed with in my calories and feel great. I lost 1lbs this week, but I'm happy with it. Plus from what others have said about there experience, I should have a higher number next week. Still that now puts me at a total of 9lbs in 3 weeks. :D
I did a lot of work considering it was a rest day though. I cleaned out my car. Which was a disaster area to the point of complete embarrassment. Then this afternoon me and my daughter and husband went shopping for a picnic dinner that we are having tomorrow at a state park about 45 min away. So excited about this. Then when we got home I made supper. Chicken leg quarters, corn, and baked potato. Yummy! Then I made the potato salad and cut up the watermelon for tomorrow.
Roche-A-Cri is the name of the state park and I love it there. There are lots of trails to walk. One is 1mile long. The longest is 3.5miles long. And there are some smaller ones there too. There is a lot of history there too. Even old rock drawings. There is an observatory that take over 300 steps up to get too. This has always been real hard for me to do, but I wonder how it will be after 3 weeks of work outs. Guess I'll find out. For our picnic supper tomorrow we are having Lean Lunch Meat, with lowfat Cheese, Lowfat Mayo, lettuce and tomato on Whole wheat bread. Homemade potato salad, and baby carrots for sides, and Watermelon for dessert. Yummy and healthy.
My house is now a disaster, AGAIN. I clean it every morning, but by the evening you would never know it. Doing laundry now though. Just didn't feel it this morning. lol.
