This is my first blog. It is apart of the Sweet Tooth Challenge, I believe in losing weight by reducing my sugar intake. My problem is that I cannot go a day without a sweet snack. So now I am taking the challenge to get back started on the sugar free road. Today I tried some Hazelnuts covered in caramelized Trivia. It was too sweet. Next I will try the Atkins Flan. It is sort of a security blanket thinking that I can replace my cravings with sugar free substitutes. That's where I am right now.

    Welcome to SparkPeople. We are all here for the same reason, no matter what our personal story is. We are here to help each other to get to that healthy point we want to be in our lives. It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. I have found that changing things up is the way to start weight loss. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. We all have to start somewhere and going sugar free is a great place to begin. You might try reduced fat first to ease into the change so you don't go into sugar withdrawals.
