I've signed up the biggest loser challenge. I have found this in just the short time is an extremely supportive group.
I wanted to take the time to thank admins of this group as it is extremely organized and easy to follow.
I also want to put my goal in writing for this 12 week challenge. My weight goal is to lose 12 pounds. 1 pound a week. My other goals is to be able to do 10 burpees in a row without taking a break. Small goals with big rewards.
