"Trying" to lose weight?

What does "trying" mean? I'll tell you what it doesn't mean. It doesn't mean actually "doing". In terms of weight loss trying doesn't get you anywhere unless you're actually doing something. Are you planning your meals? Sticking to your calorie and macronutrient goals? Cooking and eating the meals you planned? Exercising most every day? Not eating your trigger foods? Doing this day after day after day? This is "doing" and it will get you results. "Trying" means nothing and will get you nothing. Either do it or don't but quit saying your trying because all that's doing is making you feel defeated when you don't get results. Make a decision and DO IT.
