In the next 12 weeks I am going to concentrate on several areas.
1. emotional eating/not eating correctly
2. no night munching even though hubby does for hours on end.
3. emotional detachment from negative family comments.
4. A healthy workout plan that can be followed even on bad days.
5. at least one 5K a week.
6. one half marathon wogging along.
