Fall Challenge Assignments 9 to 16

So, heres the more to come I promised. I have read what Spark considers exercise and I will include my daily activites on especially busy days but for most part I will go above that and add intentional exercise. I believe I am ready for success and the spark quiz seems to agree with me.
I have decided to make little post it notes with some motivational sayings on them and post themin various places in my house. Things like Just Do It on my exercise bike, Stronger Is Better
on my Total Gym and this number is not who you are on my scale. I think you get the idea. I am also putting my Spark friends on notice, when I am feeling down or discouraged I am going to be reaching out to you instead of quitting. I hope you all want to be my support buddies!!! I am going to post and be involved on my team. I am going to do the best job I can as OEL. I will read blogs as time allows.
I have taken my measurements
and I will keep those private, a girl has to have some mystery!! I have found out that I am an apple and I have a lot of work to do!!! I will post my weight and other numbers in my weigh in template on my teams weigh in thread.
