Sleep 8 hours a day (no naps)
More veggies, less fruit
Chest exercises

Measure out dressing
Zumba weekly
Less red meat

Butt exercises
25 Jumping Jacks a day
Portion control

Jog 2 times a day
Stretch daily
Blot grease off food
