Fall Fitness Frenzy Challenge

Going into the 2nd week of our fall challenge and we have been asked to write a blog.
I am a proud Lovely Lime member. I have been on this team for many challenges. The warmth and love that is extended by our team keeps me wanting to be here. This season I have taken on the responsibility of being a co-leader with Lisa and our leader Dawn.
My goals are as follows:
1. Eat healthy
2. Get more movement in daily
3. Drink 8-10 glasses water daily
4. Get my blood sugar levels down.
5. Lose 5 % of my weight.
6. Encourage my Lime team.
