So it has been a few weeks since I last stepped on the scale because I was afraid of what the number would be. But I lost 8 lbs. That was a great boost for me.
I went to the gym yesterday and worked out for 45 minutes then came home and took my dog on a walk for 30 minutes.
Tonight is I am busy right after work, but I will probably still take my dog for a walk when I get home.
I am feeling super motivated.
