For me personally, getting healthier would be easier if planning, eating on plan, exercising, and tracking everything did not play such an important part of getting healthier in my journey. Actually it is not really those factors that are the real problem for me. It is the planning and FOLLOWING THROUGH no matter what, that stall me on a regular basis. I am just being real. I have managed to let challenging life circumstances drive how I react physically and mentally in day to day responses. My agreement to self: I will not allow one mistake or one day to throw me off my overall goal. I will become my own best friend and my own cheerleader for success. One of the things that have made such an impact on my recent journey to a healthier self is being part of a team. By being part of a team, it meant I was posting on the threads, participating in the mini challenges, blogging on my spark page, tracking everything I eat, and tracking my exercise. Yes it takes a bit of time for all these factors but I am worth that!!! I have a lot of weight to lose. I will not allow that to discourage me.
