Just finished booking a week long Cruise for the beginning of November! Now I have some really great motivation to get in the gym and lose the weight.
This week I plan to go to the gym tonight, Friday night and I'm doing a 2 mile cancer walk on Saturday. This is a small start, but its a start.
My short term goal is to lose 20 lbs before going on the cruise. This is extremely doable, I just need to get focused.
No more crazy coffee drinks, only black coffee in the morning. That should be a huge help!
