Just finished booking a week long Cruise for the beginning of November! Now I have some really great motivation to get in the gym and lose the weight.

This week I plan to go to the gym tonight, Friday night and I'm doing a 2 mile cancer walk on Saturday. This is a small start, but its a start.

My short term goal is to lose 20 lbs before going on the cruise. This is extremely doable, I just need to get focused.

No more crazy coffee drinks, only black coffee in the morning. That should be a huge help!

    OMG I know what you mean about the coffee drinks. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the calories on some of my favs.

    If you're recently getting back on track... definitely doable! We all tend to experience that extra weight dropping when we first start out on a new plan... however, after that first 10 lbs... it gets tough girl! Which i am sure you well know!!

    If we're talking about a cruise 6 - 7 weeks from now... extremely doable is 10 - 14. If it's more... fabulous! And you know your body better than anyone. But please don't set yourself up for disappointment or get discouraged if you fall a bit short. 20 is hefty goal... that said, anything possible when you set your mind to it. So go get it girly!!!
