Goals to the end of 2014

My goals to the end of the year:

Eat clean. Sleep 7-9 hrs/nite. Drink 64 oz water/day.

Do workouts that are approved by my PT and MD.

Do more stretching. Do approved ST to strengthen my legs and back (without further injuring them).

Continue to volunteer teaching English to adults in my apt on Sunday nites and to children at Iejima once a month.

Lose an additional 15-20 lbs.

Meet with my new Spark buddy once a week.
