My 2 Week Challenge

I have decided to give myself a little challenge to finish off the month. Here it is for every day for 14 days.

1. STRENGTH TRAINING
*30 Push ups
*30 Squats
*30 Lunges each leg
*60 Crunches w/twist
*60 Swimming
*30 Calf Raises w/chair

2. CARDIO
*20min twice a day

Its my first challenge so I started out a bit small something I know I can do if I set my mind to it but also something that will be challenging to me. Well wish me luck.
