"Selling Out"

Saturday, September 13, 2014

So, someone asked us at our massive yard sale last month - while the real estate auction signs were up also if we were "selling out". We both thought that sounded kind of bad. No we are selling UP!

Gearing up big time for the "big move" to Hawaii! Please pray for us as we have not yet closed the house deal (the realtor refused to link to my very well done video because there was a "cat" in one of the photos"..... Ahem. Not one bidder showed up at auction despite the $3, 000 extra we paid for tv commercials. No "good" prospects showed up until an out of area couple saw my video on craigslist!!! They offered full asking price , inspections start Monday, would welcome prayers there are no problems or hold ups.

I JUST looked back in my vids of 2 years ago when I visited , proclaiming in detail how I was going to live there, which room I'd have, etc....... Never dreaming it would happen! Power of spoken word incarnating I guess! NOW I NEED TO START PROCLAIMING HOW HEALTHY AND FIT I'll be when I live there!

Afraid to get on scale but hoping "stress" is burning some calories!!

It will be a fabulous adventure, I guarantee! And while people may think of it as selling out, you're right - you are selling up! You are organizing your life to live your dream - and not too many people are willing to forgo the mainstream in order to live their dream.

    Go for it!
