My long term goal was to get down to 200 by September. Well I did get down to 209 and I am happy about that..Especially since I started at 250 in January. My next long term goal is to get down to 190 by December. I KNOW I can do it emoticon

    Great goal..sometimes we have to reset them.

    If you are determined and drink the water and keep moving,, you are almost there!!!
    If we do not make a goal, it is not a failure, it is a setback and a challenge to keep going until we get what we want!!!!
    BTW, when you are dumping that weight, please do not leave it too close to my house, I do not need any more to lose!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Drop it off on my ultra-skinny neighbor's porch! emoticon
