My long term goal was to get down to 200 by September. Well I did get down to 209 and I am happy about that..Especially since I started at 250 in January. My next long term goal is to get down to 190 by December. I KNOW I can do it

If you are determined and drink the water and keep moving,, you are almost there!!! If we do not make a goal, it is not a failure, it is a setback and a challenge to keep going until we get what we want!!!!
