I can see I need to plan more and focus on a goal. I have let 10 lbs creep back in and now I need to push it back out. I don't want 10 to turn into 20 turn into 30 and ...... It's got to stop it now!
I need to get back to what worked for me. Planed food and exercise. I have kept up with the exercise, but not pushed myself as hard as I should. Food....ahh that's another story. Really need to plan out meals better and not eat out sooo much.
This week-end will be busy with baby shower for youngest daughter and packing for vacation next week. By Monday I should be relaxing and will have time to plan some menus and focus on laying out some goals to help me get this done.
