Here it is September and still I am hovering around the 200 mark. I am trying hard this month to track my food because I sure that is were my problem is and I have also got to slow down and stop eating little thing when I see them and listen to my body to tell me that I need something. This is a hard thing for me to do when I get home but some how I will slowly break this habit and I know that I will feel better for it. I am great foul for the wonderful tools SparkPeople have and just have to use them to make my life better and healthier.
