Today I start my fall challenge..I am excited to see what I can do for myself in this challenge. I don't have any support in my everyday life so I am relying on my fellow teammates..I have set some simple goals for myself to get it started.
1. Walk outside of work everyday
2. Daily work outs
3. Start Strength training
