Days 3,4, and 5-Rounding out the first week of the challenge!

I mentioned on Monday that I started one of the Bootcamp challenges here, and I'm happy to report I've been sticking to it, for the most part! I've done every one of the challenge videos for the week, even if that meant waking up to fit it in before work. I've had a harder time fitting in the 30 minutes of cardio, but I have done at least 15-20 minutes in the evening. I've also tracked my food this week, pretty consistently. Even when my co-worker brought donuts in yesterday, I allowed myself to have one, but I still tracked it.

I weighed myself today, the week isn't fully over yet, and I'm already down 2 lbs. this week. I know a lot of that is probably water weight, but 2 lbs is 2 lbs and I'm going celebrate it. That makes 12 lbs since I hit my low point a few months ago. (My husband and I tried to go to True Results, but we didn't meet the requirements. I was 270 at that point, and today I weighed in at 258). On SP I'm tracking from when I re-started here. Since I've started and stopped so many times in the past, I'm just starting from where I am now and not focusing too much on the past. But, it's a nice reminder to have it writing that I did come from that place.

It's going to be a good weekend. It's finally getting a little cooler with the rain that just came through. It will be good cleaning, reading, and relaxing weather! emoticon
