Glad to be back on!!!

Friday, September 05, 2014

Well it has been a rough couple of years and I got away from doing sparkpeople... and in return I gained half of what I lost back. Life is back on track and I am also back on track with healthy eating and making sure to eat within my calorie range! I love eaing healthy and how it makes me feel. I thank my good friend SStenfors for getting back on with me and holding me accountable! I sure have been blessed with such an amazing friend and group of sparkers! It has been just a couple of weeks and I am happy to say I have already lost 10 pounds.. I LOVE TO SEE THAT SCALE GO DOWN!!! Thank you Jesus for leading me back to a healthy lifestyle! All praise and honor goes to You!

You sound just like me a month ago. I too was away for a while and gained but returned June 24th and have been blessed to have lost 20 pounds already.

Doesn't it feel so awesome! You will do well and this time be sure to stay even if you find yourself slipping. I have vowed to never leave Spark again because this way I am always accountable and have so many people that inspire me.

All the best to you in reaching your goals.
