SPARKPEOPLE - stop changing the format of the site!!

I've been with SparkPeople for nearly 5 years now and have seen a lot of changes to the site. The new format they have now is HORRIBLE! Do they allow us to actually send a question to an actual human being anymore when we have a question? I tried sending an email (via my SparkMail) to firstname.lastname@example.org but I got an error message saying that address wasn't valid. I sent it through my personal email and haven't received a reply yet. When I click on 'Help', I get a drop down box with 3 lousy and limited choices. The 'frequently asked question' doesn't help at all. I'd simply like to know why the navigation bar has been removed from the right side of the screen. It was so easy to navigate around the site; everything, it seemed, was 'right there'. The Start page is a mangled mess and I'm getting frustrated by the time it takes to find what I want on that crowded mess of a page.
No, this isn't an 'aging' problem; I'm okay with change to various sites but this is a headache. Someone please fix it! The site used to be much more user friendly. Not anymore.
