Virtual Trek Cross Country (UPDATE)

Thursday, September 04, 2014

As you may have read in a previous blogs my spark friend M-BRUNER told me she plans to "walk" from her house in Pleasant View (near Salt Lake City, UT) to my house in Murfreesboro, TN. She asked me how far it would be so I told her milage depends...if she is "walking" along I-70 W (1,751.87 miles) or I-80 W (1,755.57 miles)!

We opted for the I-70W route because it was longer. Extra steps seemed like the more ambitious way to go! And now I have to make a detour in Baltimore, so when I hit 703.77 miles I will get to stop in and say hi to BONOLICIOUS2!!

As of yesterday, I have walked 59.34 miles according to my Fit Bit. Looks like I may reach her house before she gets to mine!

I have a current milage total of 141.12. Anyone want to come walk with me?

Raina, I've walked 92.5 miles as of today!!! I'm going to have to run to catch up with you. (BTW - I had 2 days where I walked over 18,000 steps each day!!!! That's 8 miles each of those days for me. - I truly felt like an Egyptian Pioneer - wandering through castles in Germany) I took a small detour through Holland and Germany on the way to your house!!!!!!! emoticon
